The Psychological Counseling and Guidance Department provides preventive, supportive, process-oriented and developmental counseling services in accordance with the mission and vision of Irmak Schools.

The Psychological Counseling and Guidance Services aim to help our students become individuals who are aware of their limits, aware of their responsibilities, who can establish positive relationships with their environment, who are harmonious, sensitive to society and the environment, who can develop problem-solving skills, who are curious to learn, who question, and who become citizens of the world. In line with these goals, the Psychological Counseling and Guidance Department monitors the emotional, social and academic development of our students. Individual, group, and class-level activities are implemented to enhance social skills. In implementing these activities, the individual development pace and diversity of the students are always taken into consideration.
