Irmak Schools Achieves Full Authorization for the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP)
We are proud to share that Irmak Schools has been fully authorized by the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) to implement the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) from Year 1 through Year 5 — now including Years 4 and 5.
Thanks to the diligent and meticulous work of our team, this authorization was granted without the need for the usual one-day verification visit — a rare achievement and a true testament to the strength of our preparation.
This milestone also strengthens our status as an IB Continuum School, a title we earned in May 2023 following successful authorizations for both the PYP (Primary Years Programme) and the DP (Diploma Programme). Irmak Schools is proudly one of only nine IB Continuum Schools in Turkey, offering uninterrupted IB education from early childhood to the end of high school.
