Interview with Betül Avunç

Our 6th grade students had an online interview with Ms. Betül AVUNÇ, the author of the book “Istanbul Fairy ‘, which they read and examined within the scope of the ’National Culture” unit of the Turkish lesson, on Wednesday, November 20 via Zoom.

Our students, who researched the historical places and legends of Istanbul based on the book, which offers children the opportunity to get to know the city they live in more closely with the legends it contains and to learn about legends as an element of national culture, asked Betül AVUNÇ what they wondered about the adventure of writing the book.
