I Know My Body
During the week of November 18-22, the Psychological Counseling and Guidance Department organized a presentation to support the transition to adolescence. Grade 6 students were supported to get to know their bodies with the ‘I Know My Body’ presentation, while the reasons why there are two different genders in nature and the differences between the bodies of men and women were conveyed to the students in an age-appropriate manner. They were provided with basic information about the difference between the two sexes is only the sexual reproductive organs, the names and general functions of female and male reproductive organs, the formation of pregnancy and the environment in which the baby lives.
