A Dialogue Between Art and Education: Interactive Workshop with Dr. Derya Ülker
Within the scope of “VIII. Irmak Biennial, Artist Workshops”, Mimar Sinan University Faculty of Fine Arts Dr. Faculty Member, Derya Ülker came together with our 6A class students. During the event, the artist talked about her works, her art life and her sources of inspiration. Afterwards, a short and experimental application was made in order to produce together and discover the sources of inspiration of art. Under the theme of “Journey”, artworks were produced by questioning the concepts of space and direction. The works produced were interpreted together with the students accompanied by the artist.
