Smart Choices, Healthy Steps: Nutrition Awareness Seminar
It is widely acknowledged that healthy nutrition plays a significant role not only in students’ physical development but also in their attention levels and academic achievement. Due to today’s fast-paced lifestyle and the increasing tendency toward convenience foods, the importance of developing healthy eating habits is becoming more evident each day. In line with this understanding, a seminar titled “Smart Choices, Healthy Steps: Nutrition Awareness” was delivered to our middle school students by Dietitian Seda Doyan, organized by the Psychological Counseling and Guidance Department. The seminar aimed to raise awareness of healthy nutrition habits and to support students in making informed and balanced food choices. We hope that this presentation, which emphasized how small, positive dietary changes can contribute to students’ overall well-being and long-term academic development, has been beneficial for our students.
