5th Grade 18th Istanbul Biennial Trip

As part of the Visual Arts course, a gallery tour was organized on November 19 for our 5th-grade students at Zihni Han, one of the venues of the 18th Istanbul Biennial, based on the concept of “Aesthetics.” Accompanied by their visual arts teachers, our students explored and reflected on artworks addressing themes such as memory, identity, resistance, and collective remembrance within the biennial’s theme, “The Three-Legged Cat.” This experience contributed to the development of our students’ art criticism skills and helped deepen their understanding of aesthetics.
