106th Anniversary of May 19 Celebrated with Enthusiasm!

At Irmak Schools, we proudly and joyfully celebrated the 106th anniversary of May 19 – Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day. The program began with an impressive opening by the middle school marching band performing the Youth Anthem, setting the tone for a meaningful event. Following the moment of silence and the National Anthem, the high school students’ Zeybek-themed drama performance stirred deep emotions among the audience.
The power of music was felt with the middle school orchestra taking the stage, bringing everyone together through their harmonious performance. The program gained momentum with an energetic and aesthetic Latin dance show. The screening of a special video presentation titled “Sporting Achievements” then raised the excitement to its peak, highlighting the determination and effort of our students throughout the year.
The program continued with a graceful rhythmic gymnastics performance by middle school students, followed by high school students’ acrobatic and fitness acts. In the grand finale, the Turkish flag waved at the peak of a human pyramid as the İzmir March played, filling the hall with pride, joy, and national spirit.
We sincerely thank all our students and teachers who contributed to this special program that brought together the harmony of art, culture, and physical performance. We once again reaffirm our wholehearted belief in keeping alive Atatürk’s trust in the youth.
