Visit to Şişli Ataturk House Museum

Our second-grade students embarked on a field trip to Şişli Atatürk House Museum on Wednesday, October 4th, as part of our celebration of the 100th Anniversary of our Republic.
During this educational excursion, our students had the opportunity to explore and question how Atatürk’s values influenced his life, as part of our PYP ‘Who We Are’ theme. Inside the museum, they closely examined the clothing worn by Atatürk, the personal items he used, and even the first documents written in Atatürk’s own handwriting. To document their experiences, they diligently recorded their observations in their travel booklets, and later shared their findings and insights with each other.
