Success in the Turkey Mathematics League

57 students from Irmak Primary School participated in the “Turkey Mathematics League Competition,” an organization that fosters a love for mathematics while allowing students to compete with math enthusiasts from around the world and improve their mathematical skills.

Our second-grade student, Efe Kaan KARAHAN, achieved a perfect score of 100 and became the national champion among 145 participants. Additionally, our second-grade student, Pelin Emine KARA, placed fifth in Turkey; our first-grade student, Leyla Jane OKUMUŞ, placed sixth; and our second-grade student, Poyraz EĞİN, placed eighth.

Furthermore, second-grade students Borga Noah ÖZERKAN, Alina BODUROĞLU, Yiğit BIYIKLI, Defne ÖZERBAY, Alina AYDIN, Toprak ÖZTEMEL, Ahmet OĞUL, and Asya DİŞÇİ; third-grade students Damla EMNİYETLİ, Defne YILDIZTEPE, Aslan DONMA, Lina EBEVİ, Kerem GENÇ, and Can YILMAZ; and fourth-grade student Onat AKÇİÇEK have qualified for the next stage of the competition, the Sigma Math Olympics 2025 World Final.
