SIMOC Mathematics Competition
International Success from Our Students!
Our 2nd grade student Pelin Emine KARA and 4th grade student Nil AYGEN from Irmak Primary School qualified to participate in the challenging SIMOC competition held in Singapore, thanks to the medals they won in the American Mathematics Olympiad (AMO) and the Singapore & Asian Schools Math Olympiad (SASMO).
In the competition, which took place in Singapore between July 5–9 and hosted 2,380 students from 37 countries, our students participated together with our Primary School Academic Coordinator Ebru ŞAVUR and competed with great dedication. As a result of the competition, both of our students achieved successful results. This process has been an extremely positive experience for our students and represents an important step in further developing their mathematical skills.
