Responsible Production and Consumption

As part of their inquiry-based studies on the main idea that “People produce and consume according to their wants and needs,” 3rd grade students invited Lale Oktay Ata, a food producer and parent, to the school to learn about her experiences as a producer. Ms. Ata, who is also an academic, shared examples from her own production processes regarding “Responsible Production and Consumption,” one of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and provided information on how all producers can take the necessary responsibility. We thank her once again for her support.
