Robotex International Turkey National Tournament 2026 | Three National Championship Titles
Students of Irmak Schools achieved remarkable success by winning three national championship titles at the ROBOTEX Turkey Championship, held in Antalya between April 30 and May 3, 2026, with the participation of 339 finalist teams from Turkey and Azerbaijan.
Organized under the “Maestrobot Turkey” umbrella and bringing together over 1,500 participants, the event highlighted the strong performance of Irmak Schools’ robotics teams in the Robolig category.
- Best Mechanical Design Award – Alert X Team
Bade Aşkın, Defne Birant, Defne Özerbay, Eda Hayat Şibay, Kayla Bürke, and Ata Yolerİ stood out with excellence in engineering, functionality, and innovative design. - Best Teamwork Award – Gravity Coders
Arya Güngör, Atlas Gülgeç, Ceylin Toran, Lilyum Alkan, and Poyraz Egin demonstrated strong collaboration, communication, and coordination. - Best Presentation Award – Planet Savers
Kerim Akbaşoğlu, Mehmet Ege Kebelioğlu, Su Tavukçuoğlu, Bade Aşkın, and Yağmur Esin impressed the jury with clarity and effectiveness in presenting their project.
These achievements demonstrate students’ ability to apply analytical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, communication, and teamwork in a competitive and real-world setting.
With this success, Irmak Schools’ teams have qualified for the Robotex International World Finals in South Korea.
