Our Second Grade Students Met Author Hale Güneş!

An important event was organized at our school to help our students grow as more financially literate individuals. Our second grade students met with author Hale Güneş and had an enjoyable discussion about the book “Financial Literacy with Elo and Moni,” which they had read.

During the talk, they had in-depth conversations about financial topics frequently encountered in daily life, such as money management, saving, and budgeting. By making connections with the concepts they learned within the transdisciplinary theme “How We Organize Ourselves,” they demonstrated their inquiring and reflective learner profile attributes. Our students actively participated and gained valuable insights on their journey to becoming financially literate individuals.
