Prof. Dr. Selçuk Özdoğan: Growing Minds Through Questions
Our school hosted an unforgettable learning experience for our 3rd and 4th grade students. RPOF Dr. Selçuk Özdoğan delivered an engaging presentation about the structure and functioning of the brain.
During the presentation, our students had the opportunity to explore how the brain works, which parts are actively involved in our learning processes, and the connections between our daily behaviors and the functions of our brain.
After the presentation, our students had the chance to keep their scientific curiosity alive by asking Dr. Özdoğan the questions they were most curious about. Creative questions such as “How does our brain work when we dream?”, “What causes forgetfulness?”, and “How can we keep our brain stronger?” revealed the enthusiasm of our young scientists for discovery.
Through this valuable encounter, our students not only gained academic knowledge but also experienced once again that science begins with asking questions.
