4th Grade Beykoz Glass Mine Trip
Our 4th grade teachers and students organized a trip to Beykoz Glass Furnace in connection with the PYP The Workings of the World theme and the “Matter” unit. They saw how glass is shaped by blowing in the hot glass workshop, learned the properties of the substances that make up glass, and learned about glass bead making.
