“Self-Help First” workshop

Organized by our School Psychological Counseling and Guidance Department and prepared by Yarenlik Platform founder and Psychotherapist Refika Yazgaç, we held our “Self-Help First” workshop for all our teachers at the K-12 level. In this workshop, our teachers used qigong techniques and creativity while working on regulating and balancing their emotions.
