We commemorated Atatürk with gratitude and respect.

We commemorated Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the Founder and Eternal Leader of the Republic of Turkey, with a ceremony.

The ceremony started with the presentation of a wreath by Mr. Metin Yoleri, General Manager, and continued in our cultural center after the National Anthem and a moment of silence. While our middle school and primary school 4th grade students watched the program at the cultural center, our primary school 1st and 3rd grade students watched the November 10th movie in their classrooms.

Our high school students participated in the “Chain of Respect for Ata” on Caddebostan beach at five minutes past nine. A group of our students stopped traffic in front of our school to pay tribute to our Atatürk.

On the 85th anniversary of his physical departure from us, we once again remember our great ancestor with respect, gratitude and longing.
