The Success Of Our High School Robotics Team River Robotics 8079 In The “Transportation Design” Competition
Our high school robotics team, River Robotics, participated in the Transportation to the Future Design Competition organized by the collaboration of Fikret Yüksel Foundation and TEKYAZ, with their vehicle they named “HYDROMAG”, designed using the 3D Experience solid modeling method.
Design principles have been the same for floating vehicles for thousands of years. River Robotics’ design has broken the chains of these principles that we are used to. By increasing speed and efficiency and adding a direct landing link to their ships, River Robotics achieved a unique and equally efficient design. Our team presented to the jury our vehicle designs that we developed by combining hydrofoil ship and magnet train technology, a ship which can also move on land and sea to on November 14, 2021, added a new award to our collection by winning the “Design Efficiency Award” given to the team that found the most efficient solution to the problem with their design.
