The Belbin Getset Test
The Belbin Getset Test was administered to our 10th grade students to support their field selection process. The observer evaluations section, which is one of the second and important stages of this test and enables our students to be evaluated from different perspectives, was also shared with our parents. This study aimed to help our students understand themselves more accurately, produce healthier results, and provide accurate and effective guidance in the field selection process.
