IRMAKMUN’2025: Young Leaders Upholding Bona Fides in Global Diplomacy
From 12–14 December, IRMAKMUN 2025 proudly brought together 600 students from distinguished schools across Istanbul for three days of rigorous debate, diplomacy, and global engagement. Throughout the conference, delegates participated in high-level committee sessions alongside a range of social and cultural activities designed to foster collaboration, connection, and cross-cultural understanding.
We extend our sincere appreciation to our school leadership and dedicated advising team for their unwavering support, guidance, and strategic vision, all of which were instrumental in the successful realization of this conference. We are also deeply honored to thank our keynote speaker, the Honorable Commercial Attaché of Canada, Ms. Vefa Atağ, whose insightful address inspired thoughtful reflection and set a strong academic tone for the event.
Through meticulously prepared policy statements, structured lobbying sessions, and dynamic committee debates, delegates demonstrated a high level of commitment to critical thinking, collaborative problem-solving, and respectful dialogue. The intellectual curiosity, leadership, and diplomatic competence displayed throughout IRMAKMUN 2025 made the conference not only academically rigorous but also truly impactful and memorable.

Their tireless efforts and professionalism ensured the smooth operation and academic excellence of the conference.
Beyond its academic achievements, IRMAKMUN 2025 served as a platform where young leaders built lasting connections, exchanged diverse perspectives, and strengthened their sense of global responsibility. The conference reaffirmed the importance of dialogue, empathy, and cooperation in addressing today’s complex international challenges.
