Individual Awareness Against Disasters

Our High School Social Sciences Department organized the “Social Sciences Week” event in order to create a tradition that supports the formation of social consciousness, where our students can gain awareness on important issues by making intellectual productions and discussions. Within the scope of the event themed “Individual Awareness Against Disasters”, which was organized for the second time this year, discussion environments on the subject were created in the classrooms throughout the week, and poster works and information brochures were made with the participation of students. In addition, an interview was held in our conference hall with the team from Kadıköy Disaster Center, which has many studies on “Disaster management and social awareness”.
