Belbin Getset Inventory Report Meeting
As the Psychological Counseling and Guidance Department, we have started conducting report meetings with parents as part of the Belbin GetSet Inventory process applied to 10th-grade students. This study aims to evaluate our students’ team roles, personality traits, and career matches aligned with these characteristics, serving as an important guide within the scope of career counseling. The results obtained from the Belbin GetSet Inventory provide comprehensive feedback on which strengths students can use more effectively when choosing future career paths and offer valuable guidance to help them make informed decisions, particularly during their field selection process.
