An orientation and CAS Trip event were organized for our 11th Grade High School DP students

On Friday, October 27, an in-class orientation trip was organized for our High School 11th Grade DP students to increase their motivation by doing activities together, and at the same time to get to know the IBDP CAS program better and to adapt and adopt it.

To carry out the CAS trip, which is one of the indispensable parts of the IBDP CAS program, our students went from Bostancı to Heybeliada under the supervision of Head of Guidance and Psychological Counseling Department Meral Önemci and CAS Coordinator Ergin Kurt, and spent a joyful, enjoyable and educational day at Asaf Aile Beach. After a pleasant barbecue at the beach facility, our students had the opportunity to get to know each other better and reinforce the development of their ATL-Social and Communication skills by playing games such as volleyball, dodge-ball and color finding on the beach. Then, they carried out beach-environment cleaning, which was the service step of the CAS trip, and contributed to the recycling of plastics and raised awareness.
