IB-DP CAS – First Interview
The CAS program, which is part of the IB Diploma Program, is an important component that supports students’ personal development beyond their academic lives. In this context, 11th DP students started their journey in the program with one-on-one interviews called “First Interview” under the guidance of the CAS Coordinator and their advisors. In these interviews, students identified their interests and goals and created a detailed action plan for CAS activities and projects. These interviews, which focus on topics such as developing their interests, participating in activities that have not been tried before, and coping with the difficulties they may encounter, contribute to students’ social responsibility awareness and personal development. In line with the main goals of the CAS program, which are individual development and community involvement, this interview provided a solid foundation for future projects and activities. The experiences that students will gain from this program will have a lasting impact on both their academic and personal lives.
