The International Award for Young People – Türkiye Program Student Interviews Completed and Results Announced
Irmak Schools successfully completed student interviews for The International Award for Young People-Türkiye program for 9th, 10th and 11th grade students. During these interviews, which were conducted under the guidance of the award program team, students had the chance to express their leadership potential, motivation levels, teamwork and physical endurance. The interviews were conducted based on detailed structured criteria to determine the students’ suitability for the program.
During the interview process, students shared their past leadership experiences, the challenges they faced during their volunteer work and their solution strategies. The evaluation was carried out in a way to reveal students’ self-awareness, problem-solving skills and their potential to contribute to society.
