Our second grade students met with author Hale G\u00fcne\u015f and had an enjoyable discussion about the book\u00a0<em>\u201cFinancial Literacy with Elo and Moni,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0which they had read.<\/p>\n<p>During the talk, they had in-depth conversations about financial topics frequently encountered in daily life, such as money management, saving, and budgeting. By making connections with the concepts they learned within the transdisciplinary theme\u00a0<em>\u201cHow We Organize Ourselves,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0they demonstrated their inquiring and reflective learner profile attributes.
