On Sunday, March 23rd, five of our primary school students participated in the SASMO Math Olympiad, which aims to help students develop higher-order thinking skills in addition to their school mathematics. All five of our students returned from the competition with medals. Our second-grade student Efe Kaan KARAHAN won a <strong>Gold<\/strong> medal; our second-grade student Pelin Emine KARA earned a <strong>Bronze<\/strong> medal; our third-grade student Mila Duru YILMAZ received a <strong>Silver<\/strong> medal; and our fourth-grade students Ege K\u00dcSK\u00dc and Deniz K\u00dcSK\u00dc were awarded <strong>Bronze<\/strong> medals.
