Yap\u0131lan de\u011ferlendirmeler neticesinde kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131nan sonu\u00e7lar, haz\u0131rlanan raporlar ile \u00f6\u011frenci, \u00f6\u011fretmen ve veliye geri bildirim sa\u011flar. \u00d6\u011fretmenler ve okul idaresinin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ile program\u0131n d\u00fczenli olarak de\u011ferlendirilmesi, program\u0131n zaman i\u00e7inde iyile\u015ftirilmesine katk\u0131da bulunur.<br \/>\n\u00d6\u011frencinin \u00f6\u011frendiklerini \u00f6l\u00e7mek ve gelecekteki geli\u015fimine y\u00f6n vermek amac\u0131yla bir\u00e7ok \u00f6l\u00e7me de\u011ferlendirme arac\u0131 kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Anaokulu ve ilkokul seviyesindeki \u00f6\u011frencilerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 s\u00fcrekli olarak takip edilir, g\u00f6zlemlenir. \u00d6n de\u011ferlendirme, s\u00fcre\u00e7 de\u011ferlendirme ve sonu\u00e7 de\u011ferlendirme yoluyla \u00f6\u011frenme s\u00fcrecinin her a\u015famas\u0131 takip edilir. \u00d6n de\u011ferlendirme; \u00f6\u011frencinin mevcut bilgilerinin, ilgilerinin ve \u00f6\u011frenme tarz\u0131n\u0131n belirlenmesinde, s\u00fcre\u00e7 de\u011ferlendirme; \u00f6\u011frenme s\u00fcrecinin devam etti\u011fi, eksik kalan \u00f6\u011frenmelerin tespit edilmesinde, sonu\u00e7 de\u011ferlendirme ise; \u00f6\u011frenilenlerin \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclmesinde \u00f6nemli rol oynar. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra \u00f6\u011frencilerin bir konuya ili\u015fkin anlamalar\u0131 rubrik, karne, kontrol listesi, \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f kartlar\u0131, beyin f\u0131rt\u0131nas\u0131, ak\u0131l haritalar\u0131, sunumlar, projeler, g\u00f6zlemler gibi farkl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7me-de\u011ferlendirme ara\u00e7lar\u0131 ve stratejileriyle de\u011ferlendirilir. Irmak Okullar\u0131, \u00f6\u011frencilerin \u00f6\u011frenmelerini \u00f6l\u00e7erek onlar\u0131n daha iyi \u00f6\u011frenmelerine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmaya, \u00f6\u011frencilerin \u00f6\u011frenme durumu hakk\u0131nda \u00f6\u011frencilere, \u00f6\u011fretmenlere ve velilere bilgi vermeye ve m\u00fcfredat\u0131 geli\u015ftirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. \u00d6l\u00e7me-de\u011ferlendirmeden elde edilen bilgiler veli bilgilendirme toplant\u0131lar\u0131, veli-\u00f6\u011fretmen g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmesi, \u00f6\u011frenci taraf\u0131ndan y\u00f6netilen portfolyo g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeleri ve ara karne, geli\u015fim raporlar\u0131 ve sorgulama \u00fcnitesi raporlar\u0131 ile veli ve \u00f6\u011frencilerle payla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r.<br \/>\n\u00d6\u011frencileri de\u011ferlendirirken \u00f6l\u00e7me sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 ile birlikte, \u00f6\u011frencilerin s\u0131n\u0131f i\u00e7i etkinliklere kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131, bilimsel tutum ve davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131, g\u00f6zlem yapma, ara\u015ft\u0131rma-inceleme, bilimsel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme, sahip olduklar\u0131 ve sergiledikleri fikir zenginlikleri, sorumluluk alma, ekip \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na yatk\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131, edindi\u011fi bilgi ve bulgular\u0131 payla\u015fabilme ve benzeri bir\u00e7ok g\u00f6zleme dayal\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenci etkinli\u011fine de de\u011ferlendirmede yer verilir. Ek olarak 1-2-3. s\u0131n\u0131f seviyelerinde her d\u00f6nemin sonunda bir kez T\u00fcrk\u00e7e ve Matematik derslerini i\u00e7eren genel de\u011ferlendirmeler yap\u0131l\u0131r. Anaokulu ve ilkokul seviyesinde yap\u0131lacak olan portfolyo g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme saatleri velilere bildirilir. Bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler, \u00f6\u011frencinin \u00f6\u011frenimleri ile ilgili d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcml\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme yaparak ailesiyle payla\u015f\u0131m i\u00e7inde oldu\u011fu \u00f6nemli bir s\u00fcre\u00e7tir. Bu nedenle\u00a0<strong>portfolyo g\u00fcn ve saatleri \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli mazeretler d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ( doktor raporu, \u015fehir d\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve i\u015f seyahati ) de\u011fi\u015ftirilmez.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Puan, Notla De\u011ferlendirme<\/strong><br \/>\n4. s\u0131n\u0131ftan ba\u015flayarak Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 gere\u011fi s\u0131n\u0131flarda haftal\u0131k ders saati \u00fc\u00e7 ve \u00fc\u00e7ten az olan derslerde en az iki, \u00fc\u00e7ten fazla olan derslerde ise en az \u00fc\u00e7 yaz\u0131l\u0131 s\u0131nav uygulan\u0131r. \u00d6\u011fretmenler, \u00f6l\u00e7me ve de\u011ferlendirmenin genel esaslar\u0131n\u0131, derslerin \u00f6\u011fretim programlar\u0131nda yer alan genel ama\u00e7lar ile kazan\u0131mlar\u0131 dikkate alarak s\u0131nav uygular. S\u0131nav ve \u00f6\u011frencinin performans\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar 100 tam puan \u00fczerinden de\u011ferlendirilir.
