{"id":12688,"date":"2023-11-21T09:27:07","date_gmt":"2023-11-21T06:27:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/irmak.k12.tr\/middle\/?p=12688"},"modified":"2023-11-21T09:27:07","modified_gmt":"2023-11-21T06:27:07","slug":"international-caribou-math-contest-achievements-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irmak.k12.tr\/middle\/international-caribou-math-contest-achievements-2\/","title":{"rendered":"International Car\u0131bou Math Contest Achievements"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Department of Mathematics prepares students for international competitions in order to reveal their potential and improve their problem solving, critical and analytical thinking skills.<\/p>\n<p>In the Second Caribou International Math Contest held on 15th &amp; 16th November attended by 25 000 students, our 7th grade student <strong>Milla Aralya Al\u0131c\u0131 <\/strong>ranked 3rd in \u0130stanbul by scoring in the top 3%, our 8th grade student <strong>Beril Abamor<\/strong> ranked 4th place in \u0130stanbul with a score top 4% and our 5th grade student <strong>Zeynep Derin Topal<\/strong> ranked 15th in \u0130stanbul with a score top 4%.\u00a0Additionally, our students<strong> Uras Bah\u00e7ekap\u0131l\u0131<\/strong> and<strong> Elif Ece Ba\u015f <\/strong>proudly represented our school by placing in the top 10% worldwide in the International Caribou Math Contest.
