Yap\u0131lan de\u011ferlendirmeler neticesinde kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131nan sonu\u00e7lar; haz\u0131rlanan raporlar ile \u00f6\u011frenci, \u00f6\u011fretmen ve veliye geri bildirim sa\u011flar. \u00d6\u011fretmenler ve okul idaresinin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ile program\u0131n d\u00fczenli olarak de\u011ferlendirilmesi, program\u0131n zaman i\u00e7inde iyile\u015ftirilmesine katk\u0131da bulunur.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De\u011ferlendirme; \u00f6\u011frencilere, ailelere, \u00f6\u011fretmenlere, okul idaresi ve program koordinat\u00f6rlerine \u00f6\u011frenme s\u00fcre\u00e7leri ve program\u0131n i\u00e7eri\u011findeki g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve geli\u015fmesi gereken y\u00f6nler hakk\u0131nda geri bildirim sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla yap\u0131lan s\u00fcreklili\u011fi olan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalard\u0131r.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ama\u00e7lar\u0131m\u0131z:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00d6\u011frenciye, \u00f6\u011fretmene, veliye ve okul y\u00f6netimine etkili geri bildirim sa\u011flamak,<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00d6\u011frencinin performans\u0131 hakk\u0131nda veri toplamak, kay\u0131t tutmak ve toplanan bilgilere dayal\u0131 raporlar haz\u0131rlamak,\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00d6\u011frencilerin \u00f6\u011frenme s\u00fcrecinde ne bildiklerini, ne anlad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131, neler \u00f6\u011frendiklerini saptamak,\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00d6\u011fretimi bireysel farkl\u0131l\u0131klara g\u00f6re d\u00fczenlemek ve planlamak,<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00d6\u011frencinin d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcml\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebilmesine f\u0131rsatlar sunmak,<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00d6\u011frenenler toplulu\u011fu olarak \u00f6\u011frenme s\u00fcrecimizi ve uygulamalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek,<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Program\u0131 s\u00fcrekli olarak geli\u015ftirmektir.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00d6\u011frencinin ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131; \u00f6\u011fretim program\u0131 esas al\u0131narak dersin \u00f6zelli\u011fine g\u00f6re yaz\u0131l\u0131 ve uygulamal\u0131 s\u0131navlar, ders i\u00e7i kat\u0131l\u0131m, \u00f6dev ve projelerle belirlenir. E\u011fitim-\u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda geleneksel s\u0131navlarla yenilik\u00e7i y\u00f6ntemler dengeli kullan\u0131larak s\u0131nav takvimi olu\u015fturulup veli ve \u00f6\u011frencilerimizle payla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r. S\u00fcre\u00e7 de\u011ferlendirmelerle \u00f6\u011frenme s\u00fcrecinde desteklenmesi gereken alanlar tespit edilir, farkl\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bireysel planlamalar olu\u015fturulur.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bu planlamalar dahilinde e\u011fitim \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda <\/span><b>haz\u0131rbulunu\u015fluk s\u0131navlar\u0131 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">uygulan\u0131r. Bu s\u0131navlar;\u00a0 \u00f6\u011frencilerin \u00f6\u011frenecekleri yeni konulara \u00f6n ko\u015ful niteli\u011findeki bilgi ve kazan\u0131mlardan olu\u015fur ve varsa eksiklerinin giderilmesi i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><b>\u00d6n De\u011ferlendirme\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00d6\u011frencilerin \u00f6n bilgilerin al\u0131nmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla yap\u0131lan \u00f6\u011frenme ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen bir s\u00fcre\u00e7tir.<\/span><b> D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceyi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr k\u0131lacak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar (<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ne Biliyorum? Ne \u00d6\u011frenmek \u0130stiyorum?, G\u00f6rd\u00fcklerim \u2013 Anlad\u0131klar\u0131m \u2013 Merak ettiklerim, Frayer Modeli gibi), <\/span><b>\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">zihin haritalar\u0131, \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f kartlar\u0131 gibi ilgili alan\u0131n ders i\u00e7eri\u011fine uygun y\u00f6ntem ve tekniklerle \u00f6n bilgiler elde edilir.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><b>S\u00fcre\u00e7 De\u011ferlendirme<\/b><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00fcre\u00e7 de\u011ferlendirmeler geriye d\u00f6n\u00fck planlama ve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcml\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeyi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirme bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131yla \u00f6\u011frenilen bilgilerin ne d\u00fczeyde oldu\u011funun tespit edilmesidir. \u00d6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen planlamalar\u0131n \u00f6\u011frenen grubu \u00fczerindeki etkisini tespit etmede kullan\u0131l\u0131r. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u0131nav takviminde belirlenen tarihlerde m\u00fcfredatta yer alan kazan\u0131mlara \u00f6\u011frenci, s\u0131n\u0131f ve \u015fube baz\u0131nda ula\u015fma d\u00fczeyini belirlemek ve\u00a0 s\u00fcreci de\u011ferlendirmek\u00a0 amac\u0131yla Akademik De\u011ferlendirme S\u0131navlar\u0131 (ADS) \u00f6\u011frenmenin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak uygulan\u0131r. \u00c7\u0131k\u0131\u015f kartlar\u0131, k\u0131sa s\u0131navlar, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">akran de\u011ferlendirmesi, \u00f6z de\u011ferlendirme, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceyi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr k\u0131lma teknikleri, poster \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, g\u00f6zlem, sunum\u00a0 vb. uygulamalar ile kan\u0131tlar toplan\u0131r.\u00a0 S\u00fcre\u00e7 de\u011ferlendirme \u00f6\u011frenmenin devam etti\u011fi s\u00fcre\u00e7te ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir ve devaml\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6sterir.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><b>Sonu\u00e7 De\u011ferlendirme<\/b><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00d6\u011frenen toplulu\u011funda t\u00fcm planlama \u2013 uygulama a\u015famalar\u0131 ile birlikte \u00f6\u011fretim tamamland\u0131ktan sonra ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir. \u00d6\u011frenilenlerin \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc a\u015famad\u0131r. Nelerin \u00f6\u011frenildi\u011fine ve geli\u015fimin de\u011ferlendirilmesine imkan sunar.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">IB MYP\u2019de de\u011ferlendirme kriter bazl\u0131 yap\u0131lmakta ve her ders grubunda A, B, C, D olmak \u00fczere d\u00f6rt kriter bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu kriterler derslere g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fiklik g\u00f6stermektedir. Sonu\u00e7 de\u011ferlendirme i\u00e7in ders grubu rehberlerinde belirtilen y\u0131llara ait kriter rubrikleri kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Sonu\u00e7 de\u011ferlendirmelerde verilen notlar\u0131n her \u00f6\u011frenci i\u00e7in tutarl\u0131 olabilmesi i\u00e7in t\u00fcm disiplinlerde \u00f6\u011frenci \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n ne \u015fekilde incelenece\u011fi ve de\u011ferlendirilece\u011fi konusunda standardizasyon \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00d6\u011frencilerin ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131 s\u0131nav sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 ve performans \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla belirlenir. \u00d6\u011fretmenler, de\u011ferlendirme politikas\u0131n\u0131n temellerine, hedeflere ve dersin \u00f6\u011frenim sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re \u00f6\u011frencilerin performans\u0131n\u0131 belirlemek amac\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, s\u0131navlar, projeler y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcr.\u00a0 Bu do\u011frultuda ortaokulda \u00f6\u011frencilere her dersten d\u00f6nemde iki tane yaz\u0131l\u0131 s\u0131nav uygulan\u0131r ve \u00f6\u011frenciler sene ba\u015f\u0131nda \u00f6\u011frencilerle payla\u015f\u0131lan kriterler do\u011frultusunda ders i\u00e7i etkinlik notu ile de\u011ferlendirilir. \u00d6\u011frencilerin notlar\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretmenler taraf\u0131ndan e-okul sistemine girilir. \u00d6\u011frencilerin karneleri d\u00f6nem sonunda \u00f6\u011frenci ve velilerle payla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><b>GEL\u0130\u015e\u0130M RAPORLARI\u00a0 VE MYP KARNELER\u0130\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">IB felsefesi, \u00f6\u011frencilere geli\u015fim \u00fczerine d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeleri i\u00e7in geri bildirim ve f\u0131rsatlar sa\u011flamay\u0131 vurgular. \u00d6\u011frencilerimizin geli\u015fimleri \u00fczerinde d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcml\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme yapabilmeleri i\u00e7in ortaokulda 1. d\u00f6nem sonunda MYP geli\u015fim raporu, sene sonunda da MYP karnesi Toddle sistemi \u00fczerinden \u00f6\u011frenci ve velilerle payla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MYP geli\u015fim raporu \u00f6\u011frencinin geli\u015fimi ile ilgili \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin yorumlar\u0131n\u0131 ve bi\u00e7imlendirici geri bildirimlerini i\u00e7erir.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MYP Karnesinde ise her bir ders grubuna ait kriterler, yap\u0131lan de\u011ferlendirmelere g\u00f6re \u00f6\u011frencinin ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131l sonu notlar\u0131 ve \u00f6\u011fretmen yorumlar\u0131, derslerde \u00fczerinde durulan; <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00f6\u011frencilerin kendi \u00f6\u011frenmelerine sahip \u00e7\u0131kabilmelerini, kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 problemleri \u00e7\u00f6zebilmelerini, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z karar verebilmelerini, okul hayatlar\u0131 ve ya\u015famlar\u0131nda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olabilmelerini ama\u00e7layan bir dizi beceri olan <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0ATL (\u00d6\u011frenmeye Yakla\u015f\u0131mlar) geli\u015fim g\u00f6zlem de\u011ferlendirmeleri, derslere ait eylem olarak hizmet \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ve 7.s\u0131n\u0131fta toplum projesi notlar\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Irmak Okullar\u0131nda \u00f6l\u00e7me-de\u011ferlendirme, \u00f6\u011fretimin ve \u00f6\u011frenmenin \u00f6nemli bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6l\u00e7me-de\u011ferlendirme, \u00f6\u011frenme s\u00fcrecinin farkl\u0131 a\u015famalar\u0131nda \u00f6\u011frencilerin ne bildiklerini, ne anlad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131, neler yapabileceklerini belirleyerek d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcml\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme yoluyla \u00f6\u011fretmen ve \u00f6\u011frencinin yeni hedefler belirlemesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur.
