Prior to the seminar, students completed the \u201cGetting to Know Myself: Interests and Strengths in Subject Selection\u201d form to encourage greater self-awareness.<\/p>\n<p>Through this form, students were guided to recognize their areas of interest, identify their strengths, and reflect on their academic inclinations and personal characteristics. This preliminary activity aimed to ensure that the subject selection process was approached not solely in terms of academic achievement, but also in consideration of students\u2019 individual interests, abilities, and strengths.<\/p>\n<p>During the seminar, the importance of subject selection in students\u2019 academic development and future educational goals was addressed.
