They competed under the motion: <em>\u201cThis House believes that, in order to prevent corruption, full authority should be granted to an algocratic system in the governance of the judiciary and the economy.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The final round, conducted in a parliamentary debate format, featured the following participants:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opening Government: Muhammet Alper Ak\u0131\u015f and Sinan \u015eent\u00fcrk<\/li>\n<li>Closing Government: Doruk Basmac\u0131 and Ece Lara T\u00fcmenbatur<\/li>\n<li>Opening Opposition: Beril \u015earkaya and Ceyda \u015eekerler<\/li>\n<li>Closing Opposition: Ay\u015fe Ela Ertan and F\u0131rat G\u00fcney Aksoy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The jury panel included our Turkish Language and Literature teachers Burcu Ar\u0131can Tufan, Seda \u00d6zer, Burcu Ertu\u011frul, Derya Devrimsel, and Yasemin Ayd\u0131n \u015een, alongside members of the Irmak Debate Team, Ela Bostanc\u0131 and Derin Akar, and Argument Factory trainer Muhammet Zeybek.<\/p>\n<p>Following a highly competitive and intellectually rigorous debate, the Opening Opposition team, Beril \u015earkaya and Ceyda \u015eekerler, was declared the winner of the final round.
