Furthermore, it heralds the spring.<\/p>\n<p>As Irmak\u00a0 Middle School Turkish &#8211; Social Studies and High School Social Sciences Departments, we celebrated the awakening of nature, the arrival of spring and the equality of day and night with a series of activities within the scope of <strong>&#8220;Equinox Day&#8221;<\/strong>. On this special day, our students came to school wearing black and white clothes to represent day and night.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As part of the activities, our high school students made a presentation entitled as <strong>&#8220;Happy Birthday Nature!&#8221;<\/strong> to the students of 5th grade and drew attention to the meaning and importance of the day.
