The Irmak Schools Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) plays an active role in strengthening the relationship between the school administration and parents while adhering to the school’s vision and mission. The PTA contributes to the development of educational and sports policies, supports social responsibility projects, and assists in the planning of social and cultural events.
The PTA Executive Board is elected annually in October during the General Assembly Meeting, where parents and teachers participate. The selection is based on a voluntary candidacy system, and all parents have the right to vote in the elections.
The Executive Board consists of principal and alternate members, who hold regular meetings to discuss and review the annual activity plan and share updates. At the end of each academic year, the PTA prepares a detailed report of its activities, which is presented to the school administration and all parents.
